Tobacco-Specific Behavioral Counseling

Love Your Lungs provides one-on-one, tobacco-specific behavioral counseling with a certified tobacco treatment specialist. These sessions are free and confidential and can last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. Sessions will be individually tailored toward your specific needs and may include setting a quit date, coping techniques, and goal-setting.

 
 

Evidence-Based Resources

In addition to behavioral counseling and NRT recommendations, Love Your Lungs can also help give you additional support and resources to quit tobacco for good. These resources may include guidebooks, worksheets, NRT coupons, and other tobacco-cessation recommendations.

 
 

NRT Recommendations

Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) can help you manage your nicotine withdrawal symptoms as you begin to reduce the amount of tobacco you use. There are five over-the-counter NRT options that are approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to help you quit tobacco.
